All orders take 7-14 Business days (weekends not included),
15 Business Days during sales & holiday season for process and shipping. When your order is purchased a tracking number will be provided to you by email. Only confirmed addresses will be shipped to. If your address is not confirmed your order will automatically be canceled, and an email will be sent out to let you know that your order didn't process. We are not responsible for post office delays. Please purchase in advance to ensure you will receive items on time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All ORDERS are FINAL! There will be no returns available. (NO REFUNDS)
Exchanges only happen if there seems to be a problem with your order, and you must notify us within 3 Business days after receiving shipment by emailing us at houseofqueendom.com clothing must show NO obvious signs of being WORN! If for any reason we are not contacted within 3 business days of receiving your order that there are issues with the order, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by You "the customer". If eligible for an exchange you will be responsible for shipping. Please send us a tracking number in order for us to have a chance to keep up with the exchanged item. Please allow up to 5 Business days for us to process exchanged orders.
We Do Not Have To Accept Any Exchanges If Determined Unreliable Source.
